Healthy Weight Loss has been my buzz word for the last year. That is when I turned 50 and realized I must take care of my health if I expect to be around and enjoy the rest of my life. My passion has grown to learn as much as I can about health and longevity. As I studied and searched I realized the first step to a healthy lifestyle is a healthy diet and regular physical exercise. In that light being motivated as I was I began to eat healthy.

The more I learned about a healthy lifestyle and eating healthy the more I realized that I must lose weight. In reality I always knew I was overweight. But, I had no motivation. It took mid life crises and the death of my father and 3 other friends and associates to wake me up. The more I studied the more I learned that cancer is preventable. Diabetes is preventable. High blood pressure and high cholesterol are preventable. The risk of heart disease and many other diseases are greatly reduced when you eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Being overweight increases risks of disease and premature death. Did you ever wonder why the first thing they do when you apply for insurance is to get your height and weight? Being overweight is a health risk equal to smoking.

I have learned the three main components of a healthy weight loss program are a healthy diet, regular physical exercise and natural nutritional supplements if you need help.

My goal is to supply you with the truth as we continue our healthy weight loss Journey.
